The company was incorporated on June 30, 2023. Yudhajit Financial Services Private Limited has acquired the assets under management of the clients previously served by Yudhajit Baul as a proprietor. It is a private limited company promoted by Mr. Yudhajit Baul and Ms. Ruchira Dasgupta.
